Tom Moore has been the Women’s Head Coach at Highline since 2006. During this time he has an overall record of 171-74-35 and 139-51-28 in conference play. He has coached the Thunderbirds to two championships (2017 and 2019) and two second place finishes (2015 and 2016), as well as being named NWAC Coach of the Year twice and the NWAC West Region Coach of the year five times.
Moore played as a captain on the men’s soccer team at Highline in 1992 and 1996, and was an all-star selection. After completing his education at Highline, he moved to Alabama where he was captain of the Huntingdon College Men’s Soccer team and was a two-time NAIA All-Region ” selection in 1999-2000. Moore graduated from Huntingdon in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance & Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management. He has since added a Master’s in Science and Recreation with an emphasis in coaching soccer. Moore is a two-time Alabama High School Coach of the Year (1999, 2001); he currently holds a USSF “C” license and the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.
Masree Butler – Strength and Conditioning Coach
Masree has over 6 years of experience as a college strength coach. As an athlete, he was all-conference twice in high school football. Masree went on to become an all-league offensive linemen in college, a 2x semi-pro all star, and played pro football for the Washington Templars. Masree is now the head strength coach at Highline College for Women’s Soccer.He also is the assistant strength coach at Highline for Women’s Basketball for Tim Vagen, one of the most decorated trainers in the world. Masree works with hundreds of high school,college and semi pro athletes every year”
Bianca Acuario – Asst. Coach.
Bianca returns to Highline to take up coaching after a very successful college playing career. She played at Highline in 2016 -17 and as a starting midfielder was an integral part of the Thunderbirds’ 2017 championship team. She then transferred to the University of Iowa, where she played for two years and saw action in the Big 10 and NWAA soccer tournaments. She graduated with a B.A. in Enterprise Leadership, focusing on developing entrepreneurial management, leadership, and communication skills.
